Start the software from "Start>>All Program>>Software".
The Software is available in multiple languages like English, Spanish, German, Portugese, etc. Select any one.
STEP 2:
Now log-in windows appear on your screen, Enter user-name and password then click on the Login button.
STEP 3:
The software display a message "You will be redirected to browser for authentication". Click "OK" button.
STEP 4:
Now, sign into your Gmail account.
STEP 5:
Click on "Accept" button.
STEP 6:
Now, The software will display multiple options for backup creation process.
STEP 7:
Select Output File Format: Tool provides multiple file formats to store backup select any one. Select PST for Outlook.
STEP 8:
Select destination Location: After selecting file format, you need to select the destination location where you want to store backup file. Click on "Browse" button to select the destination location.
STEP 9:
The software also provides "Delete After Download" and "Apply Filter Option"
Delete After Download: With the help of this option you can delete data from server after completing the backup creation process
Apply Filter:With the help of this option you can download only selective data.
STEP 10:
The software provides incremental Backup option to make backup of new account data.
STEP 11:
Filter Options: For Time intervals
Select Folders: with the help this option you can select folder to be backed up.
STEP 12:
Then click on "Next" button to start the backup creation process.
STEP 13:
Now software display live backup creation process with Counts, Rate, Progress, Current folder name, destination path.
STEP 14:
After the backup creation process completed tool display a message Download Completed Successfully.
STEP 15:
Now you can access data into Outlook email application.
